- Establish, implement, and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with GMP, ICH, WHO, USFDA, guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of batch manufacturing records (BMRs) & batch packaging records (BPRs).
- Approve change controls, deviations, CAPAs
- Monitor and manage HVAC, water system, and cleanroom qualification.
- Train,Build and lead a team of QA officers/associates ensuring adherence to quality systems.
- Supervising product stability studies and calibration processes.
