✓ Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related
paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
✓ Oversee and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, generating comprehensive workforce
reports.
✓ Develop, conduct, and oversee orientation plans, ensuring seamless integration for new
hires.
✓ Prepare formats, job ads, and HR-related reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
✓ Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire. ✓ Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate employment tests. ✓ Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods. ✓ Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
