Casa Seciu
FeaturedAbout Company
Located near Ploiești, on a hill surrounded by vineyards, Casa Seciu is a destination that harmoniously blends Romanian tradition with modern hospitality. The estate offers a complete experience, featuring traditional game dishes, carefully selected wines, and spectacular views of Ploiești, Boldesti-Scaeni, and on clear days, the Teleajen Valley and Caraiman Massif.
Casa Seciu was built around 1970 on the site of an old winery that belonged to the Rațiu family, designed by architect Ion Bocianu. The building combines traditional Romanian boyar-style architecture with modernist influences and was later transformed into an elegant hotel, restaurant, and event center.
Today, Casa Seciu operates as a hotel, restaurant, and event venue, known for its welcoming atmosphere and high-quality services. The dedicated team ensures a pleasant experience for all visitors, from local tourism recommendations to organizing private or corporate events.
Our mission is to provide guests not just with a meal or accommodation, but with an authentic experience that combines gastronomy, scenery, and tradition in an elegant and relaxing setting.
Regarding staff: There is no publicly available information specifying the exact number of employees. However, given the range of services offered — accommodation, restaurant, event organization, and recreational activities — the team is expected to be well-structured, including personnel in hospitality, culinary, event planning, and administrative roles.
