JobsPWI is an international job platform that connects Asian workers with Romanian employers. We work together with licensed recruitment agencies in Romania and in Asian countries to make your hiring process safe, fast, and legal.

No, JobsPWI is not an agency. We are a job platform that collaborates with partner agencies to guide candidates through all steps — from application to arrival in Romania.

A: Candidates from India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, the Philippines, and other Asian countries are welcome to apply for Romanian jobs.

  • Choose your country page (for example: Jobs in Romania for Indians).

  • Browse available jobs and click “Apply Now.”

  • Fill out your details and upload your CV, photo, and passport copy.

  • Wait for confirmation — our team or a partner agency will contact you with next steps.

You don’t need many documents to apply.
Just fill in all your personal and work details — Jobspwi will automatically create a complete profile and CV for you.

If you wish, you can also upload your own CV and photo to make your application stronger.
Education or experience certificates are optional but helpful.

Yes — there is a small application fee when you apply through JobsPWI.
This fee not only covers your application but also gives you guaranteed support from our recruitment team and adds your profile to our official candidate database, increasing your chances of being matched with employers in Romania.

You can choose from the following packages:

After you apply, your profile is reviewed by the JobsPWI recruitment team.
If you meet the requirements, your details will be shared with verified employers or partner agencies.
You’ll be contacted via email or WhatsApp for interviews, document checks, or further steps.

🛂 3. Work Permit & Visa Process

Your Romanian employer is responsible for applying for your work permit in Romania.
JobsPWI and our partner agencies guide and support both you and the Romanian employer throughout the entire process — including the steps for obtaining your residence permit after arrival.

Once the work permit is approved, your local licensed agency in Asia (for example, in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, etc.) will assist you with applying for the Romania work visa at the Romanian Embassy or Consulate in your country.

JobsPWI ensures that all documents and procedures are handled correctly, safely, and officially.

Usually 2–3 months, depending on how fast documents are prepared and the embassy schedule.

Here’s what the full process looks like:

  1. Submit your CV and documents.

  2. Attend an interview — online or at one of our partner agencies.

  3. Receive your official job offer letter.

  4. Your Romanian employer applies for the work permit.

  5. Your partner agency assists with the Romania visa application.

  6. Get flight booking and travel support.

  7. Arrive in Romania and integrate smoothly with local guidance and support.

JobsPWI will closely monitor each step of your process and keep you informed via email, phone, and platform notifications.

Once you’ve passed the interview and are selected, you’ll receive detailed documentation about the entire process — including information about your employer, job details, accommodation, and life in Romania.

Yes — JobsPWI guides you step by step, together with our licensed partner agencies, until you arrive safely in Romania.
We’ll inform and support you throughout every stage — from document preparation and visa application to travel planning.

Once you arrive in Romania, our local JobsPWI team will welcome you, assist with airport pickup, and provide an orientation about life, work, and accommodation in Romania — helping you integrate quickly and confidently.

✈️ 4. Travel & Arrival in Romania - FAQ

It depends on the employer’s offer. Some companies cover it, others deduct it from your salary. Check your offer letter before confirming.

Yes — when you arrive in Romania, you will be welcomed at the airport by our local JobsPWI team, your Romanian partner agency, or your employer.
They will assist you with airport pickup and take you safely to your accommodation.

After arrival, the JobsPWI Romania team will also provide a short orientation session to help you understand local life, work conditions, and basic guidelines for living in Romania comfortably and safely.

Most Romanian employers provide free or low-cost accommodation, and some also include meals. Details are written in each job post.

After you start working legally, you can apply for family reunification through a separate visa process.

💶 5. Salary, Work & Living Conditions

Depending on your job and skills, salaries range from €500 to €1,200 per month (net income).

Standard hours are 8 hours per day, 5 or 6 days a week. Overtime is paid extra by law.

Only with official permission from immigration and your current employer. Always consult your agency before changing jobs.

⚖️ 6. Legal & Safety

Yes. All job posts on JobsPWI come from verified Romanian employers registered with legal authorities.

Every employer and agency listed on JobsPWI is screened and approved. We never post fake or anonymous offers.

Yes. With a valid work permit and Romania work visa, you are protected by Romanian labor law.
