Job Description
As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing dough, batters and a wide
range of bakery products according to company recipes and quality standards.
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in food production,
pay attention to detail and are committed to delivering high-quality baked goods
in a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dough, batters and bakery products according to recipes
- Operate ovens, mixers and other bakery equipment safely
- Monitor baking time and product quality throughout the production process
- Decorate, package and present baked goods professionally
- Monitor ingredient inventory and report shortages
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery
- Follow food safety regulations and company procedures
- Work efficiently with other members of the bakery team
Requirements
- Experience Level: Junior
- Years of Experience: 1–3 years in baking or food production
- Knowledge of baking techniques, recipes and food preparation
