🚧 WE ARE HIRING – 1 BUILDING CARETAKER 🚧

Join our team in TELEORMAN > ALEXANDRIA as a Building Caretaker.
We’re looking for motivated and responsible individuals ready to ensure the proper maintenance and smooth operation of buildings.

Job Responsibilities:
🔹 Maintain and repair building infrastructure (electrical, plumbing, heating, etc.)
🔹 Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance
🔹 Monitor and manage building utilities and equipment
🔹 Ensure cleanliness and order in all common areas
🔹 Respond to emergencies and coordinate with external service providers

Requirements:
✅ Experience: Mid-Level – 3 to 5 years in building maintenance or similar
✅ Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
✅ Ability to perform manual tasks and minor repairs
✅ Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
✅ Team-oriented and safety-conscious
