🚧 WE ARE HIRING – 1 HORTICULTURAL FARMER 🚧

Join our team in SALAJ > HOROATU CRASNEI as a Horticultural Farmer.
We’re looking for motivated individuals ready to support the daily operations of a horticultural farm in a safe and organized environment.

Job Responsibilities:

🔹 Plant, cultivate, and harvest fruits, vegetables, or ornamental plants
🔹 Water, fertilize, and maintain crops according to schedules
🔹 Monitor plant health and identify pests or diseases
🔹 Prepare soil, use fertilizers, and apply natural pest control methods
🔹 Maintain tools, equipment, and farm areas clean and organized
🔹 Follow safety procedures while working with machinery and chemicals

Requirements:

✅ Experience: 1–3 years in horticulture or farming
✅ Physically fit and able to perform outdoor manual work
✅ Responsible, punctual, and attentive to detail
✅ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
✅ Basic knowledge of horticultural machinery or irrigation systems is a plus
