These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the JobsPWI recruitment platform. By using this website, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Nature and Purpose of the Platform
JobsPWI is an international digital recruitment platform designed to facilitate lawful and ethical employment connections between jobseekers from South Asia (including Nepal, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan) and employers legally established in Romania.
The primary purpose of the platform is to provide structured visibility of candidate profiles, enable recruitment communication, and support cross-border recruitment processes in a transparent and traceable manner.
2. Legal Role of JobsPWI
JobsPWI is operated by People Working Internationally and functions strictly as an intermediary technology platform.
JobsPWI does not act as an employer, labor supplier, staffing agency, or immigration authority. The platform does not employ candidates, does not issue work permits or visas, and does not become a party to any employment or labor contract.
All hiring decisions, contractual obligations, and employment relationships exist solely between the employer and the jobseeker.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
Access to the JobsPWI platform requires the creation of a user account based on the user’s role (jobseeker, employer, or recruitment agency).
All users are required to provide accurate, complete, and lawful information during registration and to keep such information up to date throughout their use of the platform.
3.1 Jobseekers
Jobseekers using the platform must meet minimum eligibility requirements to participate in international recruitment processes.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must provide accurate identity details, CV information, and valid contact data
- Must ensure that all submitted information remains current and truthful
- Must have at least an intermediate level of English, which may be required by Romanian employers or relevant authorities as part of the employment or visa eligibility process, if selected
Jobseekers expressly acknowledge that JobsPWI does not guarantee job selection, employment, work permit issuance, or visa approval. The role of JobsPWI is limited exclusively to displaying candidate profiles to employers based in Romania and facilitating recruitment communication.
3.2 Employers
Employers accessing the platform must be legally registered entities operating in Romania.
- Publish only genuine, lawful, and ethical job opportunities
- Comply with Romanian labor law, employment regulations, and immigration requirements
- Use candidate data strictly for recruitment and selection purposes
- Refrain from charging candidates any recruitment, placement, or processing fees
3.3 Recruitment Agencies
Recruitment agencies may access the platform only after prior approval by JobsPWI.
- Must hold valid licenses and legal authorization in their jurisdiction
- Must submit accurate documentation upon request
- Must adhere to ethical recruitment standards and applicable labor laws
4. Accuracy of Information
Each user is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information submitted on the platform. JobsPWI does not verify or guarantee the authenticity of user-provided data and shall not be liable for damages arising from incorrect or misleading information.
5. Right to Refuse or Terminate Access
JobsPWI reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to the platform, without prior notice, in cases involving fraud, false documentation, abuse, misuse of the platform, or violations of applicable laws.
6. Fees and Payments
Registration on the platform is free for jobseekers. A one-time symbolic activation fee may be required to enable profile visibility and job application features. This fee is non-refundable.
Employers and recruitment agencies may access paid services under separate commercial agreements.
7. Data Protection and Privacy (GDPR)
JobsPWI processes personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Personal data is stored securely, processed lawfully, and used exclusively for recruitment-related purposes.
By registering on the platform, jobseekers provide explicit consent for their profile data to be visible to verified employers and authorized recruitment partners.
8. Limitation of Liability
JobsPWI shall not be held liable for hiring decisions, visa outcomes, employment conditions, contractual disputes, or actions taken by employers or recruitment agencies.
9. Amendments to the Terms
JobsPWI reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts.
