We are hiring an experienced Auto Mechanic for a stable, full-time position in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

This opportunity is open to qualified international candidates, including applicants from India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, the Philippines and other Asian countries.

The selected candidate will work in a professional automotive environment and will be responsible for vehicle maintenance, inspections, diagnostics and mechanical repairs.

Main responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and technical vehicle problems.
• Perform regular vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Repair engines, braking systems, suspension, steering and transmission components.
• Replace worn, damaged or defective vehicle parts.
• Perform oil changes, filter replacements and routine servicing.
• Use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and vehicle servicing.
• Keep the working area clean and organized.
• Follow workplace safety rules and company procedures.

Candidate requirements

• Between 1 and 3 years of experience as an Auto Mechanic or in a similar position.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, servicing and mechanical repairs.
• Category B driving licence.
• Ability to use common workshop tools and equipment.
• Responsible, punctual and attentive to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow technical instructions.
• Willingness to work in Romania on a long-term basis.
