🚧 WE ARE HIRING – 2 BAKERS 🚧

Join our team in CLUJ > GHERLA as a Baker.
We’re looking for passionate and reliable individuals ready to contribute to the preparation of fresh, high-quality bakery products in a safe and organized environment.

Job Responsibilities:

🔹 Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes and schedules
🔹 Bake bread, pastries, and other baked goods
🔹 Monitor oven temperatures and baking times
🔹 Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area
🔹 Follow food safety regulations and company procedures
🔹 Assist in inventory management and ingredient preparation

Requirements:

✅ Experience: 1–3 years in a bakery or food production environment (Junior)
✅ Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
✅ Ability to work early morning shifts and stand for long periods
✅ Attention to detail, cleanliness, and consistency
✅ Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
