🚧 WE ARE HIRING 1 TRACTOR DRIVER 🚧

Join our team in IALOMIȚA > ȚĂNDĂREI CITY as a Tractor Driver. We’re looking for experienced professionals ready to operate agricultural machinery efficiently and safely in daily farming operations.

Job Responsibilities:
🔹 Operate tractors and other agricultural equipment for plowing, planting, and harvesting
🔹 Perform routine maintenance on the tractor and related machinery
🔹 Monitor equipment performance and report any mechanical issues
🔹 Ensure proper usage of fuel, tools, and materials
🔹 Work according to seasonal schedules and field needs
🔹 Follow all farm safety guidelines and operational standards

Requirements:
✅ Experience: Lead / Expert – 7+ years, advanced expertise in operating tractors
✅ Valid tractor or agricultural equipment driving certification (preferred)
✅ Basic knowledge of agricultural machinery maintenance
✅ Physically fit and adaptable to outdoor working conditions
✅ Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
